Good Old-Fashioned Pancakes
A simple, traditional pancake recipe yielding about 8 servings. Dry ingredients are combined, then mixed with a beaten egg, milk, melted butter and optional vanilla. Cook on a lightly oiled griddle until bubbles form and edges set, then flip and brown the other side.
