Sasa's Granola

A no-fuss granola combining rolled oats, a variety of seeds and nuts, shredded coconut, and a honey-maple oil binder. Bake in a single pan, stirring at intervals until browned to your liking. Add dried fruit toward the end of baking so it doesn't scorch.

  • Step 4

Add the raisins or cranberries during the last 10 minutes of baking.

  • Step 5

Remove from oven, let cool in the pan (granola will crisp as it cools), then store in an airtight container.

  • Notes

Stir the granola in the pan every 8 minutes while baking. Add the raisins or cranberries during the last 10 minutes of baking so they don't dry out or burn.
