Sasa's Granola
A no-fuss granola combining rolled oats, a variety of seeds and nuts, shredded coconut, and a honey-maple oil binder. Bake in a single pan, stirring at intervals until browned to your liking. Add dried fruit toward the end of baking so it doesn't scorch.

- Granola
- ·1 cup nuts
- ·3 cups rolled oats
- ·1/2 cup shredded coconut
- ·1/2 cup almond pieces
- ·1/4 cup sesame seeds
- ·1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- ·1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
- ·1/4 cup flax seeds
- ·1/4 cup maple syrup
- ·1/4 cup honey
- ·1/3 cup coconut oil
- ·1 cup raisins or cranberries (add toward the last 10 minutes of baking)
- ·1 tsp cinnamon

- Step 1
Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Step 2
In a baking pan, combine nuts, rolled oats, shredded coconut, almond pieces, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, flax seeds, maple syrup, honey, and vegetable oil; mix until evenly coated.
- Step 3
Bake, stirring in the pan every 8 minutes, until the granola is browned to your liking.
