Slow-Cooker Creamy Chicken

- ·1/2 pound medium carrots (about 7), cut into 1-inch pieces
- ·2 stalks celery, thinly sliced
- ·2 shallots, chopped
- ·1 cup all-purpose flour
- ·1 pound boneless, skinless chicken thighs (about 8)
- ·1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- ·Kosher salt and black pepper
- ·1/2 cup dry white wine
- ·1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- ·1 cup frozen peas
- ·1/2 cup heavy cream
Preparation

Place carrots, celery, and shallots in a 4-quart slow cooker.

Place flour in a shallow bowl, and dredge chicken in the flour, shaking off excess.
